6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Growth Scraper programs including but not limited to live class recordings, course materials and frameworks, templates and resources, bonus documents and guides, and assignment and assessment content is the exclusive intellectual property of Growth Scraper.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or resell any program content
- Record or reproduce any live session without written permission
- Use Growth Scraper content for commercial purposes
- Forward access links or credentials to third parties
7. Student Conduct
By enrolling you agree to:
- Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times
- Not disrupt live sessions or the learning environment
- Complete assignments and assessments honestly without copying or AI assistance
- Follow all program guidelines as communicated during enrollment
- Maintain a minimum attendance of 80% to remain eligible for program benefits
8. Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion will be issued by Growth Scraper upon:
- Meeting the minimum attendance requirement
- Submitting all required assignments
- Completing the final project or assessment
9. Limitation of Liability
Growth Scraper shall not be liable for:
- Any guarantee of employment, freelance income, or career outcomes
- Loss of income or opportunity following program completion
- Technical issues or downtime beyond our reasonable control
- Changes in third party tools or platforms used during the program
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services
10. Third Party Tools
Our programs use third party tools including V0, Replit, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Meet, and others. Growth Scraper is not responsible for changes in pricing, availability, or functionality of these tools.
11. Program Modifications
Growth Scraper reserves the right to:
- Modify program content, schedule, or delivery format
- Replace or substitute mentors when necessary
- Reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
